Our vision is to become a one-stop center provider of comprehensive non-emergency medical transportation services in Massachusetts.
Fredaka Services Inc is located in the town of Lowell in Massachusetts. It was started to provide a number of services including non-emergency medical transportation in Lowell, Massachusetts.
Our story began with our founder and owner, Yasin Kawalya. Having worked in the health care service industry for 6 years, part of which as a non-emergency medical transporter (Driver), he realized the value it means for the clients when health care providers are doing their job well and are staying on top of their work. This served as a motivation to stay the industry and continue offering a hand to individuals with physical mobility limitations.
On the other hand, the founder noticed obnoxious client experiences on the hands of some providers. Missed medical appointments, late pickups and dropoffs, no shows, communication gaps, and low-quality service among others. It is these mixed experiences that gave birth to FREDAKA SERVICES INC to maintain the positives and provide solutions to the negative in the industry.
The company focuses on bridging the gaps and mending the relationships between the providers and the client as clearly illustrated in the company’s mission statement.
